I just checked 5 different profiles where the DQS is currently unavailable, and I can confirm the broken link occurs on all of them.

@FrankLittle I wonder if it cannot populate because there are possible duplicates? I would research merging those, or marking them as "not a match" and then trying DQS again.
@Rhonda Budvarson can you take a look?

@ShelleWells One of the ones I checked is my father. There is no duplicate for him.

'Ha, yes. This is very much work in progress (though to be honest these are all people I have already researched and have in my own family history database on my home computer). I'll try merging some of these extra entries (but as you can imagine, I do need to check them first).
I'm wondering whether it's the first name difference "Eleanor" against "Ellen". I was at first doubtful myself, but it seems reasonably plausible…

Simple problem with a simple solution.
The Learn More link when the quality score is available appears in the side panel and goes to: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/data-quality-score which works.
The Learn More link when the quality score in not available appears in the Research Helps box and goes to: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/data-quality-rating which doesn't.
They changed the name of the article and its URL but missed updating all the buttons that are supposed to go to the article.
Good catch, @FrankLittle ! Apparently you are the only one that has ever clicked on that link since they made the change.
@Rhonda Budvarson , can you ask an engineer that has some rare free time to fix the link?

By the way, the Data Quality Score for Eleanor is not available because she was born in 1783 and the routine is only available for people in the United Kingdom if they were born between 1800 and 1920. Its unavailablity has nothing to do with possible duplcates.

Yes, thanks @Gordon Collett . I realise that I did know this (but forgot when I first clicked on the link to see what it had to say).
