Need a copy of my mom's birth certificate, but don't know her real father's name
How do I get a copy of her birth certificate to do my family tree?

@Oo86 Do you know when and where your mother was born? The regulations regarding record access vary by state. Or, if she was not born in the US, the rules vary by country.

@Oo86 It might be helpful to identify the correct state or county vital records office where you think your mother’s birth may have occurred.
To obtain a birth certificate when the father’s name is unknown, you can order a certified copy from the birth state’s vital records office, leaving the father’s name blank or marking it as “unknown.” If you know your mother’s maiden name and/or your grandmother’s name and the correct date, those facts will certainly help. Other ideas may be to try looking through census data, or even trying DNA testing to determine the identity of a biological father. Hope this information will help you in your search. Best of luck to you.

You might pick up some clues from a U.S. census or family member diaries, etc that could at least tell you whose household where she lived as a child.
