New Zealand Cemetery Records why are quite a lot showing Unable to show record?

I had seen that these records had been made available yet about 60 show up in my record hints show

We're unable to show this record.

This record can only be displayed on certain accounts. FamilySearch must honor the agreements we have with our partners, record owners, and internal policies

Yet previous hints from NZ Cemetery were no problem apart from a few which had the same problem.

Is there a reason or problem here?
