Hello, I am requesting a brief volunteer lookup at the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City.

I am researching my great-grandmother.

Name: Emilia Kippenbach
Born: 1903
Religion: Lutheran
Place: Volhynia, Rovno region, village Steinberg (Kamiana Hora)
Parents: August Kippenbach (Kippelbach) and Julia (née Schultz?)
Ethnicity: Volhynian Germans

According to family history, her parents emigrated around 1906–1907 and she was left with a foster family.
I am looking for her Lutheran birth/baptism record from 1903.

I understand that some Lutheran records from Rovno are restricted.
Could you please check if a birth or baptism record exists for Emilia Kippenbach in the Lutheran parish records for 1903 (Rovno / Steinberg)?
If available, I would be very grateful for confirmation or guidance on how to access this record through a FamilySearch Center.

@Юлія Шігва Have you checked out Germans from Russia Wiki pages specific to Volhynia? It has information on the area and links to some church records. Also, there is a Russian Empire Research group that you might want to repost this request - there could be someone in that community groups familiar with reserach in this region.
