Cuyahoga Ohio Guardianship records

I am looking for the guardianship record of Frank W Jenkins in Dover Cuyahoga Ohio.

In the image group: 'Cuyahoga County Case File Index 1898 - 1967' I found a case number for him which I know to be him as it also has his change of name file. However, the guardianship record does not match any of the case numbers for probate records, whish is where I would expect to see this kind of record. Would any of you fine people happen to know if/ where I can can find guardianship records for this county on family search. Otherwise I will just reach out to the county and pay for the record.
