DGS 7850532: Intermittent locks

I am contacting you to find an explanation and a hopefully a solution to the situation regarding the data from Laurino, Salerno, the town of my ancestors. Family Search has been inconsistent over time in publishing the data from Laurino. Currently, only births from 1866 to 1927 are partially available. It is inexplicable why many pages, perhaps 50% of them in that period, are locked to the view.Furthermore, marriage records are not available, although the ten-year indexes were available a few years ago.
How can such an agreement allow some pages to be locked while others remain unlocked? Why does the agreement prevent the republication of the ten-year marriage indexes a few years ago and now are not available? I would be very grateful if you could do something to resolve this problem, as it would be of great help to all the descendants of people from Laurino researching their ancestors who live in Argentina, Brazil,  United States, Europe, etc..
Thank you very much.

    @Claudio Manzolillo

    If you have specific records you can provide it might help to get a clearer answer to the problem.  There may be issues that are technical in nature and can be worked on or….

    Recent changes in the laws of this country have required permission changes in how the FamilySearch catalog and other information are obtained and viewed by the public. The first suggestion I can offer at this time is to keep trying to access the records over time, as the permissions may change in the future. Remember that the 1920s to current are not normally allowed because of privacy restrictions.

    I can also suggest that at this time you take advantage of other platforms for research, such as Ancestry or FindMyPast, to name a few, which work under different restrictions than FamilySearch.

    You may also want to contact the original Archives that hold the records if it is still possible to go directly to the source. (You will find the archive listed in the catalog record.)

    @Claudio Manzolillo This issue is referred to as "Random Restrictions"; although, "Intermittent Locks" is also a good description. A resolution exists, and all previously reported cases have been addressed, but it seems additional instances continue to emerge. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have submitted your report for corrective action.
