Is it possible to merge the community tree with the personal tree?

Hello, I'm sure this has already been addressed, but I can't find the answer. Please reply or provide a link.

    @Gerard Suckerdoff You cannot directly (yet) merge your Family Group Community Tree with the FamilySearch tree. You must copy the information from one to the other. Follow any directions found at Merge Duplicate Records, and How Do I copy People from My Private Tree to A Family Group Tree

    No. Then entire purpose of a personal tree is to have it separate from the community tree. They will always be separate.

    Apparently tools are being worked on to allow transferring information back and forth between the two. But they will still be separate.
