I had a lot of photos and memories in this sight that I was going to put in various places in my families but they are not available now,I don't have original of most.so where are they now?i

Are you using the same login as previously? It's important you do so if you want to access the Memories in your Gallery.

If that's not the problem, are some of the Memories accessible, or none of them? If the former, it's possible that FS have restricted/removed some Memories for Memory Upload Policy reasons. If this is the case, you should have received an email about each; if that has happened, it's always worth replying and asking for a human review (the initial review is done by a computer algorithm which is often too strict in practice).

Although I appreciate it may well be too late on this occasion, I feel obliged to say that it really is important to keep a local copy of anything you upload to FS.
