Is it still to request a look-up and get copies from a film that has a DGS# that hasn't been put online?

The lookup service from Salt Lake City was discontinued in July of 2023.

@ColleenKnights It is true that the lookup service has been discontinued, but some records can be accessed only at a FamilySearch Center. Here is a link to all the FamilySearch Centers. Hopefully, this will help you find what you need.

@ColleenKnights Did you know that we have groups from different areas that may be able to help you find the information you are looking for on that DGS#? If you go to the Groups section of FamilySearch Community and scroll through, you may find a group that can help you in the area of the world that you are researching.
