FamilySearch personnel creating errors?

I had previously fixed an issue created by a user, but now FamilySearch is basically undoing my work and creating the same error? Also, FamilySearch is not required to add a REASON for the change, and there is no Chat or other means to contact the individual; apparently Community is the only means of communication to understand if this is a TEST, or if there is something I'm not seeing…. Please help me understand…. Thanks for your prompt response.

@Ottley BQ There is a known current bug related to the Improved Person Change Log.
If you are using the Labs Experiment for the new log, try turning the experiment off. Then you should see the display name of the contributor.
    Here's one thread:

    https://community.familysearch.org/discussion/183747/what-does-it-mean-when-it-says-change-made-by-authorized-support-staff-or-as-part-of-an-update

I just tested on KWNP-YY2, the profile in your screenshot, and the names of 2 contributors are displayed, when I turned the Labs experiment off.

The Community Code of Conduct does not permit me to show those names, but I've left the "monogram" icon visible to illustrate:

Yes, in turning off the Improved Person Change Log I now see the contributor; so that resolves the contributor issue, but since the individual appears to be a youth with no Chat option I cannot communicate with them anyway. There is an issue I submitted that addresses this situation months ago, and last week was told it's still outstanding, so I'll go ahead and fix the issue - also, leave the Improved Person Change Log off, so I'm not wondering on the next one. Thanks for the help!
