    @mary joames

    After logging in, search for family members you know to be deceased and from there you can view the tree as it exists and if it exists:

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/tree/name?from=tree

    FamilySearch is a work in progress. It is dependent upon volunteers entering data, attaching sources, etc. to build the global tree. If someone else has done the work, then you will find your section of the tree.

    If you are unable to find any relatives, then they probably have not been added to the global tree on FamilySearch. Then you will need to create your branch:

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/gettingstarted/create-family-tree

    Best of Luck!

    @mary joames

    if @Nyx773's comment doesn't resolve this matter, what were you expecting to see on FamilySearch that you can't find?

    If someone else has added living members of your family to the Family Tree, you won't be able to see them, only (as nyx773 says) any deceased family members that have been added.

    You may need to add your own copies of the living people's information, linking them to the appropriate deceased people in the Tree.

    If you or someone else sets up and uses a specific Family Group Tree (FGT) for this living person information, the FGT owner can make the living family members visible and editable by any other FamilySearch users that they choose, if that helps.

    @mary joames The above answers are great, and hopefully, they answered your questions. If not, can you answer a few more questions to help find the problem? When did you open your FamilySearch account, and when did you first notice that you were unable to access the tree? Did another family member start the tree for you? Are you asking how to find your tree or how to use the tree? Please provide more details in your request, and I am sure someone will be able to assist you in this community. A lot of people are waiting to make sure you enjoy your FamilySearch. If talking live to someone instead of using this formatt you may want to try calling FamilySearch. You can find the phone number by going here.
