I want to add my siblings

I've been searching and searching, looking for my younger sister's name with her correct middle name, birth year and the correct location but I CANNOT FIND IT. Is scrolling, page after tedious page the ONLY WAY to find her? While I'm at it, I may as well ask about how to add my children and grandchild and her other parent as well. Any information that makes my efforts efficient is greatly appreciated.

Your question would imply that some or most people you are looking for may be Living. You will likely not find any source records for living people in FamilySearch (or other genealogy sites, privacy issues and all).

You can create an entry for Living people in FamilySearch - Yourself, Kids, Spouse, Siblings, etc. These entries and any sources, comments, vitals etc - will be visible ONLY to your FamilySearch login.

Folks that lived and even passed in recent decades may be harder to find sources on simply because some of these source repositories are not always opened up for genealogy yet as they also have living details comingled (privacy issues again).

@Jenessa186 A good start with research is to go to https://www.familysearch.org/en/gettingstarted/create-family-tree and also https://www.familysearch.org/en/gettingstarted/find-ancestors
