For easier corrections to full-text from AI

Hi!

the Full Text search capability opens great research opportunities — thank you a million for it!

Can I make a suggestion? In order to improve AI's training and improve the transcription format, would it be possible to improve the interface for corrections?

Right now, in order to change (add, delete or swap) just one character, the interface is a bit cumbersome. The attached example shows many junk characters being created — perhaps some of them are not really junk, but are trying to convey formatting (like ↔ or ✓ ?).
