I see that the 1930 Mexico Census for Michoacan is not available online through FamilySearch.
Is it available at the FamilySearch Center in North Salt Lake ?

If I recall correctly, an issue arose about privacy with the 1930 Mexico census. Per the indicators in the catalog, it is not online on FamilySearch because of those issues.
