I'm having issues with the chat

I saw that I have a message and when I click on it the messages doesn't show. I tried clearing my cookies and it still doesn't load. I can view the message in the app on my iPad.

    @NathanEichenberger1 Can you tell us what browser you are using and what operating system?

    @sc woz I'm on Chrome and on a Mac. I also tried it on a Windows desktop and it does the same thing.

    The dot, indicating a new message on chat, has been problematic for some months. Some folks get a dot and no message, while others have messages but no dot to alert them.

    @Áine.ní.Donnghaile I've just logged on and the message still won't show,but it does show on the app.

    @NathanEichenberger1 The red dot has been a consistent issue for several months, but your problem appears to be a new one. I will send it up the line to see if we can get it looked at and hopefully resolved.
