Marble Falls, TX Family Search Center

I have tried multiple times to access the Family Search Center in my local area. I cannot make phone or email contact with them, and when I drop by during the posted hours, I find that the location is closed.
I realize this may be due to lack of volunteers, and if this is the case, if they take volunteers from outside the Church I would be happy to come in and volunteer a couple times a week.

The center I am specifically interested in is the center in Marble Falls, Burnet County, TX.

@unknown12345678 The dedicated page for this FamilySearch center is https://locations.familysearch.org/en/us/tx/marble-falls/920-via-viejo and their email address is

    TX_Burnet@familyhistorymail .org

I would give that a try, and hopefully they reply.

@Ken Richins - NA FSCS Specialty Lead can you help with this apparently unresponsive FSC at all please?

@unknown12345678 I see from the page @ShelleWells linked to that the next nearest location is an Affiliate Library, you might have better luck with that as it won't be volunteer dependent.

if you call FamilySearch Support using the instructions under contact us and give us your contact information we can forward that to the coordinator so they can contact you. Unfortunately policy does not allow us to share coordinator’s or any other individuals contact information.

It's likely too late today, and Ken may already have the issue solved, but next Sunday morning around 9am or so, you could also head over to the church on 200 Via Viejo and ask for the Bishop and he could get you in touch with the right people.

They also have a Dairy Queen just up the road from that building, so one could also get some ice cream after doing some family research. 😎

Thanks David, I will do that. I live right here in Marble Falls and have driven over there multiple times in an attempt to catch someone there with no luck but didn't go on a Sunday so I will try that.

Google shows the church and the FSC at different numbers in the same street (200 and 920 respectively) and Google Maps shows them on opposite sides of the same block. Might they have different entrances? Just a thought.

I thought the same thing and drove all around, I’ve tried all the entrances with no luck. I’ll keep trying.
