Are we do use ChromeOS PowerwashA factory reset erases all user data on your Chromebook's hard drive, including all the files in the Downloads folder.

When we replace the computers, they are on?

@George Ezell Legge No please do not use that factory reset - ChromeOS… instead please describe the problem you are having so someone who knows more tech than me can help without destroying all your hard work.

I am not having any problems with them. We received the computers from the Church, and the instructions are that the computers that are replaced with scrubbed. I have the instructions for both systems.
