How to warn others about false information in original record

The AI Research Assistant suggests a possible spouse for my grandmother. The suggestion is based on a Baptism record which names a father for my half uncle. The problem is that my grandmother lied about the name of the father. The father’s name is unknown but it is definitely not the invented name given by my grandmother when she had my uncle baptised. How should I deal with the suggestion in such a way as to warn any other user who might be tempted to use the information to either add the fictional person as her spouse or as the father of my uncle?

@RobertWaddell1 I'd suggest you place your personal knowledge about your family in the collaborate tab [Add Note] of each of the individuals involved. It gives people some background and makes it easy for anyone with questions to get in touch.

You can now also mark a note as an "Alert" - a way to make the note more noticeable.

Notes, however, can be deleted by anyone. If you want to post information that cannot be deleted or changed, use the Discussion field.
