How to add half-siblings?

I want to add my brother who I share a mother with but he has a different father. I can't seem to do that? The platform doesn't let me edit his parents… like I can only add him within both my mom and dad. Is there another way to create it?

@VictoriaZuniga Escobar Go to your mother's profile, look for….

Add your brother. You will see that you and he both share same mother, but there will be no father shown. Click on the little pencil icon next to your brother's name which should open his relationships window showing him and his/your mother, from there click on …

That the general idea…. Post back if you need help or have questions

There is another option if your mother had two husbands. In this case, you would go to the person page for your mother. On the details tab, go to the family members section. Below where your mother and father are shown, find the Add Spouse prompt. Click that and add her additional husband. Once that is done, you can add your brother to that couple. Here is a link to more detailed instructions.
