    Hello @Mrs H,

Translation with column headings shown in bold:

Day and month of birth: born 7 Oct [1767]; baptized on the same date.

Child: Johann Friderich. + [= died].

Parents: Johannes Ochner, citizen in Dennach, Catharina, his wife.

Baptismal sponsors: Andreas Härter, of the court in Dennach, Rosina, his wife, and Margaretha Schmid, unmarried status there [i.e., Dennach].

    Homeland: Dennach.

My comment: The + symbol indicates that the person died BUT it doesn't always mean the person died soon after birth; in some instances the person may have died months or even years later.

    Hello again @Mrs H,

Here is the link to this child's death record from 1771: https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/61023/images/1056812-00031?pld=3489799

It is the first record on the right-hand page with death date 21 November 1771.

Here is a translation of this death record:

Day of death: 21 Nov [1771].

Day of burial: 22 Nov [1771].

Name of the deceased: Johann Friderich, little son of young Johannes Ochner, citizen in Dennach.

"Cultus et Textus": before the prayer hour.

    Age: 4 years, 2 months.

    Place of death: Dennach.

My comment: I am not familiar with the Latin phrase "Cultus et Textus" which translates as culture and text, but it appears to refer to when the funeral sermon for the deceased was held and in some records includes the Bible verse which was read at the service. There was no Bible verse cited in your record of interest.
