Ancestry Institution now locked at FamilySearch center

This access is used in our center without problems, until this morning. Now when working in a persons profile page and you click on the Ancestry Institution flyout brings up this message:

"This account has been locked due to too many login attempts. Please try again in a few minutes."

This situation occurs on every computer in our FamilySearch center today, but yesterday was available with no issue.

Is this occurring in any other geographical locations?

    The Ancestry Institution locked at FamilySearch Centers is a known issue that is being addressed. As soon as we have it resolved, we will post that it has been resolved.

    The resolution has been implemented for all centers.

    This has affected all of the UK Centres too.

    Yes, as mentioned on all of our websites, this is a North America issue affecting all Centers in North America, as well as personal computers using the portal extension and connecting through Liahona.

    Working in Beaverton, OR as of this morning 20 Nov 2025 10:00am pst on center computers. I don't have a personal computer right now so don't know about that. We have windows 11 and chrome os computers.

    Update: some computers do not have the ancestry institution button under the search records box on the right side of the profile page. However, if you go through the premium access page it does work
