For several days off and on (mostly on) I only get the dreaded searching circle. I have deleted the app twice and reinstalled, but no fix. Are they having problems or is it just me?
I assume on a smart device - and not on the computer?
"searching the sources" could mean different things to different people - can you clarify.
Well, I tried to respond earlier with a picture but it didn’t post....but yes when you go to Search records on the Familysearch app from my iPad. I will try to post the picture separately

Usually a spinning wheel means you have some sort of poor connection to the Internet.
if you use a different device do you get the same issue?
if you use a different browser do you get the same issue?
does it sometimes work fine and other times not work well at all?
or is it always slow no matter what?
There is no problem with any other app on my iPad. I have been using Familysearch for several years now, this has just now started doing this. You don’t use different browsers, just log into the app. I will try to log on on my husband’s iPad in a bit
I have no problem with anything else in the app...I can attach sources, edit anything, merge people, etc...I just can’t use the search records tab
