Catalogs Not Available
So, these catalogs have always been available and now all of a sudden I get this:
Mélykút, Bács-Bodrog, Hungary these particular ones. Years 1853-1856 and 1866-1873 births seem to be the trouble spots.
As you can see in this screen shot, some random ones are available to see but not all. It's hit and miss:
I have a work-around via another site I pay for but it would be nice to get access to these here again so I can make necessary edits to mistakes on them from the indexing.

@StephenDespot There are two issues here. One is that catalog entries are often linked to the old film viewer in which an entire film is restricted when the dates for one or more items falls into the restricted date range. Searching by the film number in Images (new viewer) will show the unrestricted item numbers (if the film has been divided).
Issue number two is what you are showing here, with random restrictions. This is known error still being addressed by engineers.
Having said that, I am not able to find a film with births/christenings for Mélykút, Bács-Bodrog, Hungary with random restrictions. Please supply the film number for reporting.

I'm pretty sure we will find out that Issue 2 is connected to Issue 1 with what I am getting here. Like I said, all those films were available over the weekend, no problem, but now random pages are and some aren't. Once Issue 2 is resolved, I would bet that the first one will be too.
See films 004594776, 004498968, and 004498969. You can also search the village for births between 1819 and 1877 and see that some will show up and some not. Click on one that shows it has an available image and you'll get a view similar to my second screenshot where some pages in the mix are there and some are locked out.
I certainly hope this isn't going to be a widespread issue. I do have a site where I was able to work around this and that offers more records than you have here for the village but I would like these to be seen here too so they can go on the correct people with the right information.
Here's a screenshot, for example, of 004498969, Item 3 all locked out. A couple days ago it was fine.
Here is another with film 004498968, Item 1 all locked out.

Also see Film 004498968, Item 1, the entire item is locked out for records in that group.

@StephenDespot These are the film numbers I was looking at and still do not see any random restrictions, so possibly something changed from your first screen shots.
DGS 4594776 Items 1 and 2 RESTRICTED (1819-1835), Items 3 and 4 Not restricted (1836-1853)
DGS 4498968 Item 1 RESTRICTED (1853-1856), Item 2 Not restricted (1856-1861, Item 3 RESTRICTED (1861-1865)
DGS 4498969 Item 1 RESTRICTED (1865-1869), Item 2 Not restricted (1870), Item 3 RESTRICTED (1871-1877)
I understand that there were no restrictions a few days ago as Contract and Compliance is currently in the process of bringing records for Hungary into compliance. Clearly—by the record dates on these item numbers, some errors in restrictions have been made and it will be reported.
The issue with the films not opening in catalog is as I explained previously. The old film viewer does not show the items as divided and restricts the whole film.

But you do see restrictions on those items listed which two days ago were fully open and available. I've been using them for a couple weeks or so now. Why is every other group of years restricted but some aren't? That makes no sense.

Here is a perfect example to look at. Two different records from the same town, both in the year 1856. One is available to see, the other is locked out. Same year. This makes no sense to me.

@StephenDespot I totally agree, the restrictions were made in error and I will report to the team responsible for them.

Is there a time frame for getting these back online do you know?

@StephenDespot Right now there's a long queue, so it will not likely be right away. Sorry, I don't have a time frame.
