Birth/death details for a baby born between the years of 1921-1923

I can't find any birth/death details for a baby born between the years of 1921-1923. My grandparents were born in Leonforte Sicily, My grandfather travelled to Australia while my grandmother waited for him to bring her over. I have personally visited the comune in Leonforte but couldn't find any details. The site that they gave me - I don't understand Italian to translate what I'm reading.The story told in the family that it was a boy. Can anyone assist me?

@Jane Salamone YES! You should join the Italy Research group here on FamilySearch Community! Folks in that group are all about research in Italy. They can probably walk you through the pages of the website you need help with, even not understanding Italian.

As @AnneLoForteWillson advised, this should be posted in the Italy Research group she referenced. I strongly recommend you join that group.

Access to birth records for Leonforte, Enna, Sicily for the years you specified is still restricted. Even though those records are older than the 100 years required, access is still governed by the record holder.

Access may still be possible at FSC. I'd have to check on that.

When posting in the Italy Research group, it would help a great deal if you provided the actual names of the persons whose birth records you are seeking, their parents' names, where and when they married, etc… Always provide as much detail as possible so that others can most efficiently help you with your research.
