Can we get the 'create a new highlight' fixed again?

Its broken, and I've had to skip a few entries because of it.

Um, it seems to be intermittent, sometimes allowing it, other times not.

@SerraNola and @Ashlee C. hope I am sending this to the right moderators 😊 the Create a New Highlight in FNR has been intermittently broken for days - what I have had to do for a "fix" is to sign out of FS then sign back in again

It may be anecdotal, but what works for me (in Indexing Review) is to select a highlight you don't want (don't click attach), then hit Create New Highlight, and that lets a new highlight be made.
