How do I access the monthly report?

It appears monthly reports for the Director(s) of the FamilySearch centers are no longer required. Although all of the documents still seem mention it in the FamilySearch Center Resources if you try to connect to the monthly report all you get is this….

There was an initial message fropm FamiloySearch stating no reports were to be required anylonger, but I can't seem to find that stagtement anywhere….
