Anyone know the surname in this image? It is not the typical patronymic name. The given name is Thomas, but the surname looks like 'Tpilling'.

This name is from a 1 Nov 1716 burial record for my 8th great-grandfather. (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-YS1S-TZ)
