Sept 19 2025 "In recent days, a significant number of non-standard requests have been directed to the Digital Research Center portal, which led to an overload of the entire system and its inoperability. For this reason, we have once again been forced to limit access to the Digital Research Center only to users from European countries. This restriction is temporary, and we are working to resolve the situation correctly. Thank you for your understanding and patience."
