Property records from Tyrol online?

Hello,
I have addressed to Tiroler Landesarchiv (Tyrol State archives) in Innsbruck with a request for so called Verfachbuecher from Nauders, Tyrol (property and court records).
The staff of the archives has advised me to use the records online at familysearch.org. Indeed, there a images of these records, see https://www.familysearch.org/de/search/catalog/koha:73861
But use of these records is restricted although the archives say the records could be used online.
How could I get access, please?
