Help with transcription and translation from Danish to English
I need help transcribing 2 Danish birth records. Lorents Hansen was born in Engum, Hatting, Vejle, on 7 June 1866. (The 1901 Denmark Census he states he was born in "Ingum.") But he also has a birth record for the same date in the neighboring parish Hornstrup, Nørvang, Vejle. At first I thought they were 2 different people but the similarities in the mother's name and other names have led me to believe they are the same person. His mother is Gjertrud Lorentsen unmarried. Thanks so much for any assistance you can give.

The two records are definitely for the same person. The notes in the far right column of both records say that the mother was working 10 months before the birth (Engum parish) and 40 weeks before the birth (Hornstrup parish) at Thyrsbek (modern spelling - Tirsbæk) which is in Engum parish. I suspect that because the Hornstrup record gives the names of witnesses and their residences, the birth actual occurred in Engum but that the christening occurred in Hornstrup. Both records indicate that the "said-to-be father" was bachelor and bricklayer Hans Hansen who was living with Mikkel Christian Hansen at Holtum or Holtum mark.
It is interesting that the Hornstrup parish record refers to the mother as "Fruentimmer = derogatory term for an unwed mother" who is 38 years old. The Engum record calls her a "Pige = Maiden/Maid" and lists her age as 39.
The records are here (Hornstrup): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/en/billedviser?bsid=384386#384386,74083933 and here (Engum): https://arkivalieronline.rigsarkivet.dk/en/billedviser?bsid=396981#396981,74422017 .

Et uægte(skabeligt) barn var et barn, som blev døbt, før forældrene var gift.
An illegitimate child was a child who was baptized before the parents were married.
Hvis der står, at moren er et ”fruentimmer”, så har hun som regel fået mindst 1 uægte barn tidligere.
If it says that the mother is a "fruentimmer", then she has usually had at least 1 illegitimate child previously.
After 1844 you will also see that there is a note in the church register about which parish the mother was residing in on the 10th month before the birth. This is because the child was entitled to maintenance in this parish if the mother or father could not support the child themselves. The child's baptism was then registered in both the parish of residence and the parish of maintenance.
"Fruentimmer = derogatory term for an unwed mother" Depends on the time period, from start it was a normal word, but later a derogatory term.
So the child was born and babtized in Hornstrup.
