There are many things to try, first I believe you will need more information, full name, another ancestor who might help lead you to your desired information.

I would start with a history lesson on the town to make sure what political state controlled the area at the time, e.g. Russian, German, Poland etc. You might try moving this question over to the Russian Empire Research group or the Poland Research group or other research groups covering the area to get you some better advice on region specific questions.

If you just put Lubarsky and Bershad Ukraine, 1892 into the general search on FamilySearch you come up with very general answers.

You could begin your search by using the FamilySearch Full Text Search located in the experiments page of FamilySearch if you haven't already signed up. This search will use your information and check it against all known databases in FamilySearch at one time.

Using the FamilySearch Wiki pages is also a very good place to start. Ukraine research tips and starting places might the best to get started and then you can drill down to what and where you are wanting to look. You can locate census records, birth records, immigration and emigration data, etc.

I found a Wikitree page that dedicates itself to the Lubarsky family line.

Take advantage of any of the A.I programs out there, MS CoPilot, Google, ChatGpt, etc.
