When I click a link to Find a Grave on FS it says 'This memorial has been removed' I can delete
the source limk on FS but when I refresh the page it still shows up in Reseach Help.

@R Brentnall it will take a while (months) for Find a Grave index information on FS to be updated to reflect changes on findagrave.com, does that help?

Findagrave.com leaves a breadcrumb to deleted or merged memorials for a long time. Even after the next update from Findagrave to FamilySearch, there may still be a link to show that a memorial once existed.

you can always click on "not a match" and the research help will no long appear (and others will no long attach the research help as a source to the individual.

I was very disappointed to find a very carefully created family tree within find a grave had been deleted. All the ancestors and their children were deleted. Then I looked, the whole cemetery had been deleted. It seems that if the cemetery did not allow photos, the photos only could have been deleted.

Anna, this Community forum covers FamilySearch matters, it cannot help with Find a Grave - you will need to contact their Support function.
