@Matheo Balthazar Access to Peruvian records has changed due to new privacy laws, not a change in the contractual agreement. Therefore, they are also not available in Salt Lake.

My understanding is that Peru is restricting with a 100 year policy the records of living people. One person suggested you look for death records and see if those are restricted. The familysearch records are digitized now and not on microfilm so it is possible to put locks on records that fall into that category but it make take some time to meet all the requirements to negotiate with Peru and other latin American groups that are now doing the same thing. It is my understanding that even if you come to Salt Lake City the records are still unavailable.

Hello, I am also wondering if there has been any updates regarding access of Peruvian records. Does anyone know if we are closer to gaining access?
In the meantime, does anyone know of places that are still allowing access? Has anyone had any luck on other sites? If so, please share your sources so I can also search elsewhere.

The removal of access to Peruvian information was caused by a change to legislation in Peru, which may well prevent access from /anywhere/ to specific record date ranges (others will be much better able to advise on the detail than me).
Once the records you are after cease to be affected by such a time limit, you may well be able to access them sooner via the relevant Peru record custodian than via FS, depending on how FS collates the information into data sets and on how the FS access controls work at both record and data set levels.
You may also need to consider what the record custodian's detailed rules are, e.g. a provable direct descendant might perhaps have access sooner than others - something which FS does not (and realistically cannot) implement anywhere.
