Found a book

I found this book it just has Petasz then letters and numbers. How do I find the people that is associated with the letters and numbers

You will probably want to post this in the Poland Research group. That particular book when I run it through Google Translate, is called 'Dictionary of surnames currently used in Poland; v. 07' Folks in the Poland Research group would be able to better help you understand the value and use of that book.
