Good work, Mattie, I just need to explain, that I recommended that we add father and mother in birth records, where it becomes confusing listing the parents of the father and the mother, and where we do not show headings for father and mother. It is not needed to add father and mother in marriage records. It is sufficient to say son of Martinus (Marcin) and Catharina ….
It is not necessary to say “legitimate” son or “legitimate” daughter, if it is not so written. Here just writing son of Martinus (Marcin) and Catharina … is sufficient.
You are doing great.
