I think it is Franstisek 26 November 1849 son of Frantisek Folta and I can't make out the information about his mother.

    Sorry this has taken so long. I have had neck surgery. I had a lot of trouble determining the spelling of Anna's surname and Anna daughter of deceased Tomásse Ssweynohy (Tomáš Švejnoha) Chalup=small peasant, _ from Wranowitz (Vranovice) House 22 and Anny Bernowy (Beranová) from Hoděmyšl.
