Birth/Delivery, Blizanów, Kalisz, Wielkopolska, of a stillborn boy delivered in Biskupice on 28th February 1893, reported on 1st March 1893, son of Karol Maćkowski, a plowman, 53 years old, and of his wife, Agnieszka, born Kucharczak, 40 years old. Witnesses: Andrzej Kowalski, 28 years old, and Jozef Przywara, 45 years old, both farmers living in village Biskupice. This infant was christened with water by the midwife, Katarzyna Jendrusiak (or Jędrusiak), and given name Ilia (Eliasz in Polish).
