I have an ancestor who was born in Vyšné Ružbachy in the Stará Ľubovňa District of the Prešov Region. This page says Roman Catholic births from 1700-1896 for that town were recorded in NIŽNÉ RUŽBACHY (AKA ALSO-RUZSBACH): https://matriky.genedict.net/matriky/?search=ruzbachy&hladat=H%C4%BEada%C5%A5

But my ancestor was born there some time in 1897-1898. I can't find any evidence of where Roman Catholic births of that town were recorded for that time period. Does anyone have any idea how I can figure that out?

Notice that Vyšné means upper and NIŽNÉ lower, so maybe you would need to find if that is subdistrict Ružbachy. Also notice that Metriky is used normally for Greek Orthodox parishes, so also the nomination of area needs attention.
