    Marriage Record No. 5, Targowisko Parish, dated 26th January 1913, of Wladyslaw Konefal, a bachelor, 18 years old, born in Izdebno, Parish Częstoborowice, living in Tarnawa, son of Jozef and Katarzyna, born Gawel, and of a maiden, Regina Onuszkiewicz, 17 years old, born in Huta, Parish Żółkiewka, living in Tarnowa, daughter of Stanislaw and Marianna, born Puchalska. Three Marriage Banns published in this Parish Church. No prenuptial agreement. Oral permission for this marriage union was granted by the parents. The Religious Marriage Ceremony was performed. Witnesses: Jacenty Schop, 35 years old, and Jozef Rembacz, 25 years old, farmers from Tarnawa.
