Editing a place such as a birth place

When I click on edit, for a birth place as an example, there is a comment that say the birth place is incorrect and give an suggested place. How ever the suggested birth place is never correct. I do know how you have generated the look up table but it needs some serious updates. Denmark where I am doing my reseach I have never seeen it come up the correct place. I have attached a scrren shot of a birth place that is correct and the incorrect suggestion. If you can never get it correct you might ans well not show the suggestion so you dont confuss people that are not familar with the parishs in denmark.

Improving the Places database is an ongoing project. if you have particular expertise in Denmark, then you should give suggestions for improvements. You can do that directly in the Places database by going to: https://www.familysearch.org/en/research/places/ and either suggest a new place or suggest improvements to a place:
Or if major editing is needed, write up the improvements needed and send it to the e-mail address found in the Add Details - Tips section in this help center article:

Also, you can always "standardize" whatever place name you enter, by clicking your entry in the drop-down list. (It is the first choice.)
I do recommend suggesting improvements in the Places database, but you never have to put in the wrong place name if you do the above.

Sorry, the e-mail is under the Add A Parent - Tips section

And, yes, while you can always enter the correct place name and link it to the best available standard, even if that standard is just "Denmark," getting the places right for the historical Amt and kommune/prestegjeld is important.
Your screen shot didn't load. Can you try again? Or just type out some examples of the problems you are seeing? Are there some specific examples of places you really need to get corrected? Please list a few here so we can discuss them. I work mainly researching in Norway, but there are some similarities with the problems you are reporting and how things have been improved over the last few years in Norway based on user requests.
