I found an index 1820-1865 for deaths. The P's for 1850 is https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/8072/79. A later index for deaths in Trebon for 1859-1877 is available.
You can search these indexes for his death if he died in Trebon (Wittingau) or a nearby village. Note: The last number on the entry is the Folio (Page) number and not a digital. Folio numbers appear on the corners of the top of the page of the original record. The index includes a death date. Mesto would mean the city of Trebon. You would go to and find the death record set that is for the right year and go to the folio.
I found an index record for Rudolf Ludvig Pesina 13th from bottom, https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/8073/33/2995/2310/47/0
Here is where the record is found: 2nd down, https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/8057/48/1785/1219/50/0

Go to the death index: https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/8072/79 and look for Rudolph. I did not find him. The index jumps from P's to K's to R's. P's continue on image 89.
I did find a marriage for your earlier ancestor.
https://digi.ceskearchivy.cz/8041/91/1618/1426/59/0. Martin was a widower.
Digitalarchiv Stattliches Gebietsarchiv Trebon: Marriage of Martin Pesina and Anna Zabakin. The translation is in FamilySearch sources.

Thank you so very much for fidning this marriage record. I have her name as Zubakova. Is the name on this marriage record Zubakin the same as Zubakova. I know that "ova" is added to female surnames .
I really appreciate your help with these records
