Find My Past has the Archdiocese of New York, extracts only, subscription required. Images were available, but the Archdiocese and FMP had a disagreement, and now we can only access the extracts. Images are available on request, free, from the Archdiocese, but response is very slow.

    Find My Past record set

Form to request the images from the Archdiocese

FamilySearch has St Raphael in Manhattan.

I used it to find records from Holy Cross Church, in Manhattan several years ago but can not find now.
