Why when I went to chat, I tried to talk to my brother, but it said: "Unable to send message, learn more, or dismiss" I clicked learn more, but it just brought me to a frequently asked questions thing. But why won't it let me chat? 🤔

@WestleyJackson1 My first question would be are you sure you typed his username correctly? Secondly, Is he under 18 years old (or doesn't have a birthdate logged in his Settings)? Under 18 are currently not allowed to use the Chat system.
