Does this Indenture show Mother as deceased?
In looking at this Indenture the father, Hezekiah Moberly is clearly deceased and the indenture appears to be between his two children, Hezekiah and Eliza Moberly Hall. I'm trying to surmise if the mother of the two children is deceased when the indenture was made. If so, it would conflict with a census record I have, for the moment, attached to the mother I think the indenture is showing the son, Hezekiah, paying the 100 dollars 'early' to his sister

@Mark McKenzie_1 I would agree that the mother is still alive according to that deed. These two documents, (found through Full-Text Search) might help more in clarifying that she was indeed still alive at least until 11 Aug 1851.
Hezekiah Mobley Jr takes full ownership of the estate of his father Hezekiah Mobley, dec'd
Deed from all the heirs & widow of Hezekiah Mobley, dec'd sold to Hezekiah Mobley jr.
You may be able to find additional records on the mother Elizabeth Mobley using the Full Text Search.

@AnneLoForteWillson I must have missed the reference to her in item 1. Thanks!
