"Unfortunately, the record that you requested is no longer available. If you arrived here from a bookmark, please delete your bookmark."

The record in question is in Research Help and does not appear in Sources.

Reecently In Sources, I had records that were no longer available.

What should I do to delete this record and what happened to the records that are no longer available ?

Thank you for your replies !

Hello @SDra, please provide a link to the page where you are seeing the offending Research Help. That will help the Community look into this. Thanks.

The relevant record definitely seems to have disappeared (been removed from the index). Perhaps its data was corrupted in some way. It doesn't look like this is a widespread issue in that collection. I can only suggest you wait a day or two for the hints to be refreshed and this erroneous one to be replaced on (or removed altogether from) the Research Helps list.

Thank you for your reply Mandy !

I will wait and post the links if any of other unavailable records that do sometimes occur but this time in Sources.

Unfortunately, unless a lot suddenly disappear at once (which is typically either a FS contractual/compliance issue, e.g. caused by the recent change in Peru law that was much discussed here, or a bug that can be reported and resolved) there is likely to be little anyone here can do to help/advise.

You could research possible alternative locations e.g. the record custodian's website (if any - FS research wiki may be helpful).

Having said that, @SerraNola can you possibly shed any light re this specific removal (see the OP's link in this thread) please?
