Help for Untangling Trees

A user contacted me about a tree that had changed since she printed out a tree in January. One line has lost the father that was there. In looking at the change log, the user had deleted the parent-child relationship for lack of evidence.
In looking further at the profile LHQT-PSS I see at least one questionable merge with GRGP-9YJ. The time period is the 1400s in England. There are few sources attached to the tree.
I don't have the time to untangle the tree. I'm assuming it would take at least a couple of days to untangle and document. I'm sure the person who is asking is not experienced enough to untangle it herself. Also, because of the time period, I'm not sure I have the skills to research it accurately.
Any suggestions on how to help this person? Does FamilySearch have any volunteers that untangle trees?

@Beth Ann W Probably your best resource will be to find a local FamilySearch Center where the user can come in and work in-person with a consultant who does have experience. Have the user click on the pin icon in the top right-hand menu:
Or go to
However, since this is a person in the 1400s. Your best resolution may be to just leave it alone until someone experienced in that time period and place bumps into it and can deal with it. Unless you are certain of all the connections up to that ancestor, it would be pointless to fix the end-of-line people when the more recent connections are not securely sourced.
