@Sherman R Cameron There is no way to edit this error at this time. The record was originally extracted correctly but when the collection was migrated to a new storage system the name "City Cemetery" was changed to City Cemetery in Albion, Idaho. This happened multiple times and engineers are working on a fix to be run on collections with these kinds of errors. It would be wise to locate and attach the original image in your tree and make a note that Index details are not correct.
