Good morning, as Aine previously explained there are several issues with the information you are trying to retrieve that have restrictions due to some information containing possible information of living persons or those not over the 110 year mark and I am unable to see if any of the information was released as of yet. Have you tried contacting one of the FamilySearch centers locate in Ecuador to assist you in your search or your local area. You can go to this site to find the nearest facility. They will may be able to assist you with local records and some that are currently restricted to see only at the FamilySearch centers. FamilySearch centers are operated locally so they have different hours of operation. To see what a FamilySearch center can provide take a look this article.

@Ashlee C. you are wrong, the link to record that I found it is not of a living people, my two gran grand parends are dead. Maybe could be a better idea to ask me before to edit my questions.

Hi @ByronValdivieso The email address for a living person was edited out of your comment, not the record for your deceased grandparents.

@Ashlee C. the email address is public in your own page [
Find a FamilySearch location](https://locations.familysearch.org/en/search?qp=Ecuador&q=EC&location_type=country)
Maybe it could be better to ask me before to erase information.
