    Hi @markleemoody1!

Sources will generally be suggested as soon as you add or link people to your profile—parents, grandparents, etc. Record hints will appear as a little blue icon next to the person's name or will show up as 'Research Help' on their Details page: https://www.familysearch.org/en/gettingstarted/create-family-tree

You can also directly search for sources. Towards the top of the main page you will see a category 'Search' and a subcategory pop-up called 'Records'. That will take you here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/

After entering the person's details, many potential sources will be shown to you. With both options, remember to make sure they are correct before attaching. (E.g. sometimes there's more than one person with the same name from the same city.)

If you have any trouble finding sources for your ancestors, please let us know! Send us their Person ID (the number near their name that looks like ABCD-123), and we'll see what we can find or give you suggestions.

    Good luck with your search!
