It says Doner Martin J (Doner and Smoul) then Doner and Smoul (M J Doner, H R Smoul) on two seperate lines on indexing record. Do I record H R Smoul? It does not seem to have same alphabetical record name. Also, is that mean the person is boarding? Maybe boarders aren't listed. I understand these two people might have two different addresses but I don't know for sure and how it affects indexing the names.

You'd index Doner Martin J, then skip Doner & Schmoul because it's the name of a business. You wouldn't index H R Schmoul because instructions say, "Do not index names associated with businesses…" So after Doner Martin J, index Donley Josephus M.

@zacharyboydcampbell1 you also need to go back thru all the entries that have spousal information starting with #1 Walter E Dixon — you need to enter Dixon for the Spouse Surname
